How long does laundry take?

Our standard turnaround time is the next day for most wash, dry and fold laundry. Same-day service may be available depending on how busy we are, while ironing and pressing generally takes 24–48 hours.

How much does laundry cost?

Our domestic wash, dry and fold service is $25 for a load of up to 8kg. Commercial laundry, linen hire, ironing and pick-up and delivery are priced separately depending on the service you need. Contact us and we can provide pricing for your requirements.

How much washing is an 8kg load?

As a guide, an 8kg load could be around 30–40 everyday clothing items, or a combination of sheets and towels, depending on their size and weight. We weigh your washing when it arrives and again once it has been dried, and charge accordingly. We also charge in half loads, for example 1, 1.5 or 2 loads.

Do you have self-service washing machines?

No. We are a fully serviced laundry rather than a self-service laundromat. Simply drop your washing off to us and our team will wash, dry and fold it for you, ready for collection.

Do I need to wait while my washing is being done?

No, you don't need to wait. Drop your washing off with us and carry on with your day. We will contact you by text as soon as your laundry is ready to collect.

Do you pick up and deliver laundry?

Yes. We offer a laundry pick-up and delivery service for domestic and commercial customers. Contact us to check the collection and delivery days available in your area.

What areas do you pick up and deliver laundry to?

We provide scheduled laundry pick-up and delivery across Warkworth, Matakana, Omaha, Wellsford, Mangawhai and surrounding areas. Delivery days vary by location, so get in touch and we can let you know when we are next in your area.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm.

Do you offer pressing or ironing only?

Yes. If your items are already clean and just need pressing or ironing, you can bring them into us and we will press them for you. We can press a range of items including clothing, shirts, sheets, pillowcases and other linen.

Can you remove stains from sheets and clothing?

Yes. We can treat many common stains including makeup, food, drink, blood, grass and other marks. Let us know about any particular stains when you drop your laundry off so our team can treat them appropriately.

Can you wash duvets, blankets, mattress protectors and other large items?

Yes. We can wash many oversized household and accommodation items including duvets, blankets, mattress protectors and other bedding. If you are unsure whether we can clean a particular item or fabric, give us a call or bring it into the laundry and our team can check it for you.

Do you offer linen hire for Airbnbs and holiday homes?

Yes. We offer hotel-grade linen hire for Airbnbs, holiday homes and other accommodation providers. We can supply professionally laundered linen ready for your next guests, with scheduled pick-up and delivery available in the areas we service.

Can you wash my own accommodation linen instead of hiring linen?

Yes. If you prefer to use your own linen, we can professionally wash, dry and fold it for you. We also offer pressing and ironing for customers who require a more finished presentation.
