How to Book Your Laundry

Booking your laundry online is easy:

1. Simply create an account or log in if you already have one.

2. Click New Order and select your pick up date and time and then your delivery date and time

3. Select how many bags you have and add any notes for example, please stain treat or hang dry. Please make sure you specify if bags need to be washed separately and leave details on where the laundry can be left in case you are out when we return it and then press continue.

4. Select what you would like us to pick up for example, laundry load/s, oversized item, linen to be ironed.

Not sure how many loads you have or exactly what to select? No problem — just give us your best estimate when booking. Our team will check out your order once it arrives, and adjust it accordingly. They will be in contact if it's going to change the cost at all.

   5. Payment – if you've saved your card details, your card will be charged for the final amount once completed in store and out for delivery. If you               haven't added a card, we'll send you an invoice for payment to your email.
